BASIC FUNTION职责概述

● To repair, maintain and build the hotel’s carpentry & furniture work of the hotel

维修，保养饭店的木工家具

DUITES & RESPONSIBITIES工作职责

● To ensure that all repairs & job orders are carried out in an efficient manner that negative comments are minimized

高效完成所有的维修任务，减少不良评论

● Accountable for inventory of all carpentry supplies Record the daily job done.

负责所有木工工具供应品的细目单，并记录日常完成的工作

● All kinds of wooden & timber work in the hotel including public area, guest rooms & back of the house area.

饭店内各种各样的木工任务，包括公共区域，客房及后勤区域。

● Table, chairs, bed, doors, bed castors, locks & keys, window rubber lining, curtain rods, curtain，pelmet, doorstoppers, frames, hinges & closer, class top & window frames fix and maintenance.

桌子，椅子，床，门，床上的脚轮，锁和钥匙，窗帘轴，窗帘盒，闭门器，门框，铰链，窗框的维修和维护。

● Ceiling boards such as gypsurn & plaster ceiling, partitions, notice boards, pigeon, holes, racks, cup boards, stools, trolleys & wheels fix and maintenance.

天花板如石膏与水泥天花板，隔墙，告示牌，鸽柜，行李柜，杯盘，凳子，推车和车轮维修和维护。

● Platforms, wooden ramps, nailing & hanging picture decorating items during festival seasons fix and maintenance.

平台，木坡道和节日期间装饰用的挂画维修和维护。

● Carpet & wallpaper repairs minor masonry work such as tiling of walls & floors, varnishing furniture

● Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

JOB PROFILE & QUALICATIONS要求/资历

1. Graduated from technical school or equivalent degree.

中等专业技术学校毕业或同等学历。

2. 3 years carpenter job experience.

3年装修工工作经验。

ADDITIONAL CONDITION其他

1. Good communication skills.
