开关电源中应用最多的是反激变换器,是中小功率开关电源理想的电路拓扑。一般来说,与传统反激硬开关变换器相比,准谐振反激变换器表现出更低的开通损耗。作者深入研究了双管反激变换器稳态工作原理和优点。对主电路器件进行了参数设计和选型。并对双管反激电路的PWM控制电路进行了设计和参数计算,作者选用NCP1207PWM控制芯片,实现准谐振控制。最后对其进行了MATLAB系统仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析,给出了仿真结果,仿真输出电压为48.4V,误差只有0.8%,在额定功率下效率达到91%综上所述,本文设计了输入电压范围265~355VDC48V输出的双管反激电路,通过仿真,输出波形基本与原理分析波形一致。关键词:双管反激,NCP1207PWM控制,MATLAB仿真I
