开幕式上的讲话
乐山市旅游局局长 罗 宁

尊敬的各位领导、各位来宾和各界朋友：
大家上午好！
秋风送爽，丹桂飘香。今天，我们会聚一堂，在这里隆重举行首届四川国际旅游交易博览会犍为分会场开幕式暨祭孔大典活动。在此，我谨代表市旅游局对本次盛会的召开表示热烈的祝贺，向各位领导、各位来宾和各界朋友表示热烈欢迎！向长期关心支持乐山发展的各界人士表示衷心感谢！
Distinguished officials, dear friends, ladies and gentlemen, good morning!
There is a Chinese saying: Cool autumn wind, Tan Kwai fragrance, which means autumn is a best season for people to get close to nature. At this right moment, we attend this opening of the 1st Sichuan International Tourism Trade Fair--- Qianwei Session, and the ceremony of Confucius at this old Confucian temple, on behalf of the Leshan Municipal Tourism Bureau, I am honored to extend our sincere welcome and cordial greetings to our guests and friends. Thanks for all of you having paid utmost attention and supports to our city’s development.
近年来，市委、政府科学确立了发展“千亿文旅产业”、建设国际旅游目的地的战略部署，提出：以精品化、休闲化、国际化为方向，以改革开放为动力，着力打造精品旅游项目，提升观光游项目，丰富休闲度假游项目，打造精品旅游景区。全面增强乐山市旅游业的核心竞争力，到2020年实现“建设全国一流的国际旅游目的地”的目标。犍为县积极贯彻落实市委、市政府决策部署，坚持以大开放谋大作为，以大招商促大发展，用开放的胸襟、开阔的眼界、超常的思维和举措，全力打造“一心一环三区三镇”，加快项目建设、加强品牌营销，不断提升产业层次和对外影响力，文旅产业化态势良好。
In recent years, the committee of the city, together with the government, put forwards a grand blueprint, invigorating the city through truism development, and making the city into an international tourist’s destination. In order to achieve such end, we must stick to the right direction, aiming to construct a competitive, leisure-trended, and international tourism destination; meanwhile, we should adhere to the reforms and opening policy, improve and enrich the tourism projects, and establish some model scenic spots for others to follow as well. Only by this, can we make our core-competitiveness in tourism trade sand out among other competitors, and our aim to drive the city into the first-rate International tourism destination by 2020 can be attained. Just as all you can see, Qianwei county, following the city committee and government’s guides, has set us a good example in promoting its tourism industry. The county’s governors, with great ambitions and broad visions, take a series of measures to ensure any project and action related to the tourism industry can be put into force efficiently, which lays a solid foundation for its further development.
这次旅博会在乐山是首次，这对我们来说，既是一次严峻的挑战，又是一次难得的机遇。旅博会期间，20多个国家和地区以及全国各地的各级领导、专家学者、客商、游客和新闻记者荟萃乐山。犍为作为支撑乐山旅游产业发展的一个重要节点，希望犍为一定要用好用活这个平台，充分调动县内外旅游企业、旅行社团、专业人士的积极性，面向市场开展“联姻”合作，成功引进落地一批文旅产业的大项目、好项目。要抓好重点招商项目对接洽谈工作，争取更多的项目在旅博会期间签约。同时，要提高综合服务水平，为国内外来宾、各级领导、游客等提供热情、周到、细致、得体的服务，充分展示犍为旅游的形象，提升犍为对外影响力。
Holding this International Tourism Trade Fair brings us both opportunities and challenges. During the fair, the attendants, from officials, scholars, businessmen to tourists and media coming from more 20 countries and regions, provide us a good chance and stage to show our unique scenery and culture to the world, in which we can learn from each other, and develop a win-win commercial partnership. We are looking forwarding that we can have a constructive talk with each other, and can sign several co-operation agreements on both importing and exporting tourism projects. Meanwhile, we will try our best to improve our services, making our guests’ stay in this ancient town to be a happy one, hoping that, some day in future, we can see you and your family members and friends traveling around this beautiful place again.
