中国式“公司+第三方组织+农户”创新模式解读——来自大连吉农科技发展有限公司的一个案例∗关 鑫 1 高 闯 2（1. 清华大学经济管理学院， 北京 100084；2.首都经济贸易大学工商管理学院，北京 100026）摘 要：本文通过对大连吉农科技发展有限公司的“公司+第三方组织+农户”创新案例的深刻剖析，不仅全面展示了资源开发型商业模式创新的特色与优势，而且发现了创新机理背后所蕴含的重要理论。在中国，企业社会资本与资源开发型商业模式创新之间的紧密联系尤为显著，企业社会资本对资源开发型商业模式创新具有重要决定作用。企业社会资本以知识积累、知识创新和交易费用作为其作用的载体，透过对BOP群体的能力开发及对企业内外部边界的调节，即企业社会资本通过对企业内部学习及知识吸收与外溢等的正向作用实现对企业内外BOP群体的开发，通过对企业内生交易费用和外生交易费用的节约框定企业的治理边界和能力边界，最终决定着企业如何实现资源开发型商业模式创新。这对中国式管理或中国管理模式的系统研究有着深刻的启示作用。关键词：BOP群体；资源开发型商业模式；企业社会资本；知识创新The Innovation Model of “Corporation + the Third Organization + Farmers” in China: A Case Study on Dalian Jinong AgriculturalTechnology Development Co., LTDGUAN Xin 1 GAO Chuang2（1. School of Business Administration, Capital University of Economics and Business,）Abstract: Recently, the problems of enterprise business model innovation have been paid more and more attention by the firms and academic institutes all over the world. There are many references about enterprise business model, some of which are case studies, and others are theoretical exploration. But there is a lack of the systematic and unified analytical framework. Based on explaining the basic content and structure of enterprise social capital, we analyze the internal enterprise social capital’s effect on saving the endogenetic transaction cost and promoting the internal study, while the external enterprise social capital’s effect on saving the exdogenetic transaction cost and enlarging the effect of absorbing and spilling knowledge, the thesis explores the enterprise social capital’s affecting mechanism to enterprise business model innovation.
