胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核方案治疗初治菌阳肺结核的疗效及对患者免疫功能干预探讨

        摘要：目的 探讨胸腺五肽联合常规抗结核方案在治疗初治菌阳肺结核患者的疗效及对免疫功能的治疗效果及临床意义。方法 随机选取我院2014年3月～2015年3月收治的初治菌阳肺结核患者共计72例，分为常规治疗组（对照组）和常规治疗与胸腺五肽联合治疗组（观察组），对患者的肺呼吸能力及免疫功能进行检测，同时进行细胞因子检查辅助判断治疗效果。结果 与常规治疗组相比，通过胸腺五肽联合治疗后患者肺呼吸能力和T细胞亚群数量均显著升高（P

        Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect of recurrent bacterial Yang tuberculosis treated with Thymopentin combined with routine anti-tuberculosis scheme，and the study on the immune function and clinical significance.Methods From March in 2014 to March in 2015，72 cases of the initial treatment bacterial Yang pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly selected from our hospital and were divided into the conventional treatment group（control group）and combining routine treatment with thymopentin treatment group（observation group）.The lung breath ability and immune function of the patients were detected，and simultaneously the therapeutic effects were auxiliary judged with cytokines check.Results Compared with the conventional treatment group，pulmonary respiratory capacity and the number of T cells for the patients were significantly increased（P
