It’s a great pleasure to work with my team members in the class. We have found out amazing things together through the process.It’s a little hard first to agree with others for me,but finally we reach an agreement on the topic of Amazon.com.

Amazon was established in 1995 by Jeff Bezos. Now it is the biggest e-commerce company in America. Meanwhile, it is also an online retailer with the largest number of products and second largest Internet company in the world. Amazon has become the world's largest online retailer amazon and other by products vendors to provide millions of unique new, Renovation and second-hand goods, such as books, film and television, music and games, and digital downloads, electronics and computers, home gardening supplies, toys, baby supplies, food, clothes, shoes and jewelry, health and personal care products, sports and outdoor supplies, toys, automotive and industrial products, etc.
we discussed some fields such as logistics and storage, but we wanted to find something new to study . Therefore, we decided to study a new thing, which is Home Services.

So if a customer search information with quality on website before allowing a service provider in, it is possible to improve trust to him.
As a result ,besides Amazon, more and more websites companies will be aimed at the service, the commercial prospects is limitless. Although the Home Services currently only develop in the United States, the domestic business will be rapidly developed soon. Waiting for amazon come in, I wonder if the emerging markets would have new war.

As a team, we have to deal with the relationship between the team and the members. Team is not only a few people who have common goals to do things together, also after the team duration and sustained impact in life. No matter work or life, good communication must ensure the members. At this point, I do feel our team is amazing, we can communicate with each other sincerely, in order to complete a common goal and work together. Perfect individual, a drop of water, only blend in an excellent team, to earn a steady stream of power source. During our team cooperation, we just finished the work together, at the same time I also more understand of the group of every one of us.
Teamwork is not only the leader’s business, it is also the members’. As a part of a team, each member should do his job on the basis of actively helping others and cooperating with the whole team. We should consider other team members as a family, have more tolerance , always achieve resource sharing.
I hope there will be much more chances to cooperate with foreigners,and I will keep focusing on our topic’s growing process.
