快速康复外科理念及其在围手术期护理中的应用

摘 要 介绍快速康复外科理念及其在普外科围手术期的应用。快速康复理念贯穿于围手术期的心理护理、术前胃肠道准备及禁食禁水、术中保暖、术后各类导管使用、镇痛、早期活动、早期进食以及出院宣教等各方面。快速康复外科理念的应用缩短了患者的住院天数，减少了患者的痛苦，促进了患者的早日康复，是以患者为中心的人性化护理的具体体现。

The idea of fast-track surgery and its application in the nursing of perioperative period

ABSTRACT To introduce the idea of fast-track surgery（FTS） and its application in the perioperative period. The idea of FTS is throughout the perioperative period including psychological nursing， preoperative bowel preparation ， intraoperative warming， postoperative catheter management， analgesia， early feed and movement as well as discharge education. The application of FTS can shorten the length of hospitalization， relieve the pain and accelerate the recovery of patients. FTS is the concrete manifestation of patient-centered humanized nursing.
