浅析设计阶段成本控制的目的与意义
摘要：控制建设工程成本，首先应从设计开始，因为设计是工程项目付诸实施的龙头，是工程建设的灵魂，是控制基本建设投资规模，提高经济效益的关键。设计阶段对投资的影响程度达70％—90％。设计阶段工作水平的高低，设计质量的高低，不仅影响到施工阶段投资的多少，而且也影响到项目建成投产以后经济效益的高低。因而要保证设计的质量，尽量减少施工期间的洽商变更，就必须采取有力措施，切实加强设计阶段的工程成本管理。
关键词：设计阶段、成本控制

Design stages of the influence degree of the investment of 70%-90%. Design phase of level and the quality of design of high and low, not only affect the construction stage of investment how many, but also affect the project are put into operation after the discretion of the economic benefit. So to ensure that the quality of design, try to reduce the changes during the period of construction, we must take strong measures to strengthen the design phase of the project cost management.
