淮阳新型农村社区规划与反思
摘要： 2012年，淮阳县王店乡新型农村社区规划、淮阳县王店乡新型农村社区空间发展规划启动编制，淮阳县王店乡中心社区修建详细规划同步推进。该项目引入了建筑策划的方法，在体现更多人文关怀的同时也在一定程度上减少项目反复。本文以此为例展开讨论，期望为新型农村社区规划工作提供可行的思路。
abstract： in 2012， the new rural community planning and the new rural community spatial development planning started in huaiyang wangdian， and the detailed planning of the center community construction promoted at the same time. the project introduced the method of architecture planning， which reflected more humanistic care， and reduced the project repeatability. based on this， the article discussed and expected to provide feasible ways for the new rural community planning.

1 项目概况
王店乡位于河南省周口市淮阳城南，全乡总面积72.94平方公里，共31个行政村，其中北部六村已被划入淮阳县产业集聚区。2011年，全乡总人口7.5万人，其中农业人口7.23万人。村庄建设用地共计10.55平方公里。通过村庄整理，节约一部分用地，在社区内部进行市场开发，在社区周边建设农民创业园，增加建设用地指标和耕地指标。
