小天井住宅楼的火灾特性与防火安全设计
【摘要】随着我国建筑业的迅速发展，建筑用地日趋紧张。因而，一种可以节省占地面积的建筑形式——小天井大进深住宅楼在上世纪70年代便应运而生。文章分析了小天井住宅楼的火灾特性，介绍了小天井住宅楼火灾的传热形式，提出了小天井住宅楼的防火安全设计注意事项。

【 abstract 】 : along with the rapid development of the construction industry, building land increasingly nervous. Thus, a can save covers an area of form of construction-small courtyard building large width in the 1970 s will come into being. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the small courtyard building fire, introduces the small courtyard of residential building fire heat transfer form, and put forward the small courtyard building fire safety design matters.

引言
建筑中的小天井，其主要功能是采光、通风，所以天井壁上都需要按功能设计窗口。有的是两个井壁上开窗，有的是三个井壁上开窗，甚至四个井壁上都开有窗口。然而，这种天井在火灾情况下利弊如何的问题却引起了争议，并且突出地反映在建筑设计单位与消防建审机关之间。
